Anthesis and Wallbrook Retain Top Global Rankings in the 2026 Chambers and Partners Guide

30 June 2026

LONDON: 30 June, 2026: Anthesis and Wallbrook, part of Anthesis, have once again been recognised as leading firms in the 2026 Chambers and Partners Guide, retaining their Global Band 1 rankings in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Risk and Investigative Due Diligence (IDD) respectively.

The Chambers and Partners rankings are based on independent research and direct client feedback, making them one of the most credible third-party markers of quality and trust in the ESG and risk advisory market.

Anthesis has retained its Global Band 1 ranking in the Environmental, Social & Governance Risk (Agencies) category having been ranked in this category for six consecutive years since it was introduced.

Wallbrook has retained its Global Band 1 ranking in the Investigative Due Diligence category. Wallbrook is one of only three firms to have been ranked Band 1 in this category every year since Chambers began ranking the sector six years ago.

Being recognised by Chambers and Partners for a sixth consecutive year matters because these rankings are built entirely on what our clients tell us, not what we tell them. At a time when the market is rightly demanding proof over promises, rigour in the accuracy and integrity of the data is more critical than ever. This recognition reflects what Anthesis and Wallbrook deliver every day: rigorous, evidence-based work that helps organisations make informed decisions.”

Dr. Matthew Bell, Group CEO

We are also delighted that several of our experts have been individually recognised in the 2026 guide:

  • Jonathan Swift, Director for ESG & Reporting, has retained his Band 2 ranking.
  • Mariana Abreu, Global Lead for Human Rights, has retained her Band 1 ranking in the ESG Risk category
  • Tim Clare, EMEA Lead for ESG & Reporting, has retained his Band 2 ranking in the ESG Risk category

What sets Anthesis and Wallbrook apart is the combination: deep ESG advisory sitting alongside investigative due diligence, both built to hold up under pressure. Clients don’t want separate boxes ticked, they want one team that can give them a clear, defensible picture of risk and performance. That integration is exactly what this recognition reflects, and it’s a real source of pride across the team.”
