Andrew Probert

As Chief Delivery Officer, Andrew helps Anthesis turn its strategy into action. Bringing together its Global Business Lines and Operations to improve how the business performs, works together and delivers.

Andrew has spent much of his career at the intersection of sustainability, business and finance. His experience spans integrated climate, nature and social solutions, sustainability strategy, transactions and investment, and the practical challenge of turning ambitious commitments into changes that work in the real world.

Before joining Anthesis, Andrew was a Business Unit Managing Partner at ERM. He has also held senior leadership roles at PwC, EY and Kroll, building and growing professional-services businesses and working extensively with investor-backed organisations.

A Chartered Accountant by training and corporate finance specialist, Andrew brings an unusually broad perspective to sustainability. Combining technical and sustainability experience with a strong understanding of strategy, finance, operations and business transformation.

A question that has run through much of his career is simple: how do we move sustainability beyond ambition and obligation, and make it part of better business decisions and measurable performance?
