Our team understands the complexity of cross-departmental and cross-border delivery. Our world-class projects involve building internal knowledge and resources, implementing metrics and reporting systems and achieving tangible business results. We specialize in working with large corporations with global footprints, and our team members have worked with many Global 500, S&P500 and FTSE350 companies. Stuart McLachlan

Chief Executive Officer


Stuart has spent 25 years developing businesses in the sustainability consulting and services space. His experience spans start-ups, completing 20 acquisitions and building businesses organically in over 20 countries. He has built market leading businesses both regionally and globally and he has served as a PLC Director on the Board of WSP Group PLC, which became a FTSE 250 Company.

In 2013 Stuart co-founded Anthesis Consulting Group. Using capital raised from the management team and a ‘high net worth’ network, the business has grown to over 200 people across Europe, N America and Asia. Their clients include many FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 Companies. The ambition is to become the global market leader in making organisations more sustainable and more prosperous.

As a member of the Environment Leadership Team of Business in the Community, Stuart has chaired the Visioning the Future, Transforming Business program. He is active in the transition towards the circular economy, seeking new more resilient business models, and in seeking new business opportunities for win-win change.

Stuart believes that companies that manage their environmental and social performance have superior financial performance, they create more value for their shareholders and that this agenda is at the heart of creating value for all stakeholders over the long term.



Jason Urry

Group Finance Director

Jason joined Anthesis in December 2017, before taking over the role of Group Finance Director in April 2018.

Jason qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995, and has held predominantly Group Finance roles in a variety of sectors from chemical manufacturing, security services, food manufacturing, media and professional services, where he held the position of Group Financial Controller at WSP.

He has a broad experience of financial controls and processes, accounting systems design and implementation, financial reporting, banking and treasury  management. After WSP was acquired by Genivar (now WSP Global), Jason was responsible for the financial integration of the two businesses and became de-facto Group Finance Director for the WSP legacy group.

Malcolm Paul


Malcolm is Chairman and one of the founders of Anthesis Group. He is a UK chartered accountant with significant experience in building businesses through both organic and acquisitive growth.

He is also Chairman of James Fisher and Sons plc, a UK FTSE 250 company, providing global services to the marine industry and a specialist supplier of engineering solutions to the energy industry. Previously, he was co-founder and finance director of WSP Group plc between 1987 and 2009, a global business providing professional services to the built and natural environment.

Malcolm is a founding member of the Enterprise! Circle at Kingston University Business School supporting students from non-traditional university backgrounds as they develop their entrepreneurial business skills.

Paul Crewe

Executive Director and Chief Sustainability Officer

Paul Crewe is Executive Director and Chief Sustainability Officer at Anthesis. He previously worked at Sainsbury’s-Argos where he has led Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Environment and Facilities Management. His strategic and operational experience span the built environment incorporating both embodied and operational carbon through design and selection of construction and engineering solutions, and at a corporate level, waste/energy management, water management, measuring and reducing food waste, recycling and setting energy and carbon reduction targets to 2030, building resilience through sustainable supply chains and strengthening corporate reputation through the embracing of sustainability and tackling the challenges of climate change.

Paul was instrumental in delivering some of the highest returning investments in Sainsbury’s 148-year-old history through key sustainability investments and technology programmes. Paul led the widely publicized deal between GE and Sainsbury’s. A ground-breaking arrangement that has seen Sainsbury’s – Argos commit to going 100% LED in their stores with alternative funding stream sitting outside of Sainsbury’s capital investment program. He also delivered Europe’s largest multi roof array of Photo Voltaic Panels, the development of commercial scale deep bore ground source heat pump technologies, fast frequency demand response systems, sustainability behavior change programs to drive out carbon, waste and water within own operations and the supplier base, and the championing of both operational and consumer waste programs.

Alan Matthews

Corporate Development Director

Alan took on the role of Anthesis Group’s Corporate Development Director in April 2018, but has been with the group over 5 years, previously operating as our Chief Financial Officer. He is a finance professional with 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity finance.

Over the last five years Alan has worked in various financial and operational roles for a London listed private equity group, Origo Partners PLC. These have included being executive chairman of IRCA Global, an operational risk management services business focused on health and safety consulting in emerging markets.

Alan’s experience in investment banking spans equity capital markets, research and corporate finance roles at ANZ, HSBC, Beeson Gregory (now Investec) and Seymour Pierce. He has helped fundraise for over 100 public and private companies across sectors including clean technology, consumer and business services. He is a non-executive director of HaloSource Inc., a London based water purification technology group with operations in the US, China and India.

Alan qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a member of the ICAEW.

Luc Albert

Non-Executive Director

Luc Albert, Non-Executive Director

Luc has over 20 years’ experience in Executive positions, working with Swiss Re since 1994 in Zurich, Mexico City, Munich and Armonk (NY). After having led the firm’s Latin American P&C operations from the US he played a leading role as Integration Manager in planning Swiss Re Group’s global integration of GE Insurance Solutions following which time he relocated to Munich, serving as a CEO of Swiss Re Frankona and a Management Board Member of Swiss Re Germany.  In 2008 he moved back to Zurich and led several markets across the region including Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, as well the Mediterranean basin, the Middle East and Northern Africa and was a member of the Reinsurance EMEA Management Team.  He currently combines a part-time role as Executive Advisor for Swiss Re’s Reinsurance business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) with Board positions at Anivo 360 Ltd in Switzerland and African Drive in Belgium.

Jono Adams

Associate Director

Jono is a sustainability advisor with over 10 years of experience driving change in both the private and public sectors. He has a strong international background having worked extensively in Europe, Australia and South America.  Previously, as manager of environmental due diligence and climate change services at KPMG, he advised a wide range of clients from Anglo American and Toshiba to the Civil Aviation Authority and the Conservative Party.

Jono started out as a change management consultant for Airbus and GKN before becoming a contaminated land and climate change consultant at ENVIRON. Jono is a member of IEMA and holds a degree in Environmental Science from Nottingham University.

Andrew Armstrong

Executive Director

Andrew has 17 years of experience helping organizations develop and enhance their corporate sustainability and environmental programs. Mainly working with Global 500 clients in the technology, financial services, manufacturing, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries, he helps identify, communicate and implement sustainability programs and projects that are practical and deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

Andrew has worked in the UK and the US, leading significant global key client relationships and managing multidisciplinary project teams that include industry thought leaders, technical specialists and technology partners.

Andrew recently helped develop methodologies and roadmaps for the Information and Communication Technology sector’s transition to a low carbon economy.

Emma Armstrong


Emma’s focus is in assisting corporations to derive tangible business value from the integration of environmental sustainability to their strategies, products, operations and communications.

Emma has spent the last 17 years providing environmental consulting support to global corporations. During the first 9 years of her career she was based in the UK and specialized in providing corporate environmental management support to companies in the UK, across Europe and South Africa. Since 2005, she has been based on the US West Coast specializing in the provision of sustainability strategy, reporting and program implementation advice to corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies. Emma has experience in a range of sectors including in particular financial services, electronics and information technology and pharmaceuticals.

Paul Ashford

Managing Director, Anthesis-Caleb

Paul directs the Anthesis team that specializes in chemical risk assessment, with roles in both policy development and evaluation on the regulatory side and regulation interpretation and implementation on the industry side.

Paul holds personal positions on several UN committees dealing with Ozone Depletion (Montreal Protocol) and Climate Change (Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Change). He is particularly active in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable construction in the built environment and acts as a Technical Expert for the UK’s Building Research Establishment.

A chemist by training, Paul has a significant reputation in the chemical regulatory field where he managed a number of substance Task Forces prior to REACH and was a considerable thought leader during the development of REACH. He has particular knowledge of regulatory issues surrounding the treatment of reactive thermosetting resins and is active in a number of key areas relating to the extension of REACH in the polymer field.

Joerg Bentlage

Director Business Development

Joerg directs the Anthesis team of environmental and sustainability specialists based in Germany who support our clients’ operational needs and requirements across Europe.

With broad management consulting experience, Joerg has focused his career on the delivery of specialist environmental services with particular expertise in Environmental Due Diligence, EHS Compliance, Product Stewardship and Intangible Assets Management. Joerg has worked extensively in Europe, APAC and the US with many leading corporate companies and brands including L3 Communications, GE, Tyco, Alcoa, Pfizer, NCR and Bayer.

Brad Blundell


Brad has over 26 years of professional experience in environmental, energy and sustainability consulting. He is currently responsible for the direction and development of Anthesis EHS service lines in Europe as well as acting as Client Services Director for the global Group.

With extensive knowledge and experience of the consulting landscape, Brad has directed and delivered projects for clients across a wide range of sectors including aerospace, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, finance and banking and construction and development.

Brad particularly enjoys the dynamics of working with global clients and harnessing Anthesis global resources to deliver solutions, wherever they’re required on the ground.

Jennifer Clipsham

Associate Director

Jennifer has fifteen years of experience leading clients through the development of sustainability strategies that add value to their business. Using a combination of proven stakeholder engagement techniques, benchmarking tools, materiality assessment and risk and opportunity analysis, helping companies choose appropriate implementation frameworks and meaningful metrics for measuring the success of their strategies. Jennifer’s broad understanding of stakeholder expectations and advanced knowledge of best practices across a variety of sectors makes her a trusted advisor to clients on strategic sustainability issues.

Jenn has experience in a range of sectors including chemicals, manufacturing, oil and gas, services, industry associations and in municipal and regional government.

Jenn is also a part-time faculty member in the Sustainable Management Program, School of Business at Conestoga College.

Enda Colfer

Regional Director

Enda is Anthesis Group’s Regional Director and brings over fifteen years of experience of working in environmental consultancy to the business. Enda’s experience has seen him involved in a broad range of projects including environmental impact assessments, environmental auditing and due diligence and waste management across Europe, America and the Middle East.

During his time in Dubai, Enda worked with clients including the Presidency for Meteorology and the Environment in Saudi Arabia, Masdar in UAE, Qatar Foundation, GE and Goldman Sachs. Enda has a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Science from University College Dublin and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.  Prior to Anthesis, Enda worked for a global engineering consultancy and at the European Commission in Brussels.

Jim Fava

Executive Director

Jim is an Executive Director at Anthesis Group, using his extensive skills and experience to continue to expand the use of sustainability information to inform business decisions, enhance the services and solutions offered to clients and further develop the Anthesis Brand globally.

Jim has over thirty years’ experience in the field and his passion is to help accelerate sustainability as a major business imperative, working with organizations to develop strategies to help them improve business performance through the application of strategies, management systems, and tools to create sustainable business value.

Jim is well known as one of the “Fathers of LCA” and for over 20 years he chaired the Product Sustainability Roundtable (PSRT) whose mission is to improve the performance of member companies by providing benchmarking and best practice advice.

Jim has a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Maryland.

George Favaloro

Executive Director

George is an Executive Director with Anthesis located in Boston MA. His clients include leaders in manufacturing, retail and consumer, industrial products, and the information, communications and technology industries. In addition to helping Chief Sustainability Officers develop, launch, and manage effective sustainability programs, George leads the Anthesis U.S. energy and renewables practice.  

Prior to Anthesis, George was a sustainability practice leader at PwC, and before that he was Managing Partner at Esty Environmental Partners, a leading sustainability strategy boutique firm which was acquired by PwC in 2012, as well as being on the executive team of three venture-backed startups, founding Terrapass (a retail carbon offset company), founding and growing Compaq’s Internet Solutions Division, and managing strategy development and innovation projects with McKinsey & Company’s Boston Office. 



Ian Forrester


Ian works very closely with the leadership teams in the UK, ensuring that the potential of the business is maximized. Ian also ensures connectivity with other parts of Anthesis across Europe and the Middle East.

Ian established his reputation over the last 25 years by building and leading a number of environmental and sustainability consultancy businesses from the mid-1990s to the present day. Most recently, Ian was on the European Board of WSP Environment & Energy responsible for the delivery of services to the industry, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Jason Gooden


Jason brings 17 years of experience to Anthesis in information technology, product environmental and sustainability consulting. He has advised and worked with sector leaders including several Fortune 500 companies, helping them develop and implement their information management strategies, product sustainability programs, business intelligence platforms, bespoke solution projects and long term business process outsourcing solutions.

Jason manages the Anthesis’s Americas and Asia based Technology Services operations. He has a lengthy history of environmental plus IT focus, holding positions including lead software developer, software development manager, systems architect, and vice president of Digital North America operations.

Lisa Grice

Executive Director

Lisa is globally known for engaging CEOs and senior teams to drive game-changing sustainability performance that delivers brand equity, operational efficiency, and stakeholder value. Lisa has over 30 years’ experience pioneering leading edge solutions that combine both sustainability and business value for global corporations. Her work in Circular Economy, nominated for a 2017 Responsible Business Innovation award, includes developing a pioneering strategy for Merck KGaA’s Life Sciences business to credibly and cost-effectively position for entry into the multi-billion dollar green chemicals market. A pioneer in climate change mitigation and resilience, she paved the way for hundreds of global companies to inform USEPA’s greenhouse gas strategy and reduce energy costs pursuing GHG reduction goals as a part of the ground-breaking Climate Leaders Program, which she created with the USEPA. A visionary expert, Lisa was chosen to author the chapter on Sustainability in the London Stock Exchange book on Corporate Governance.

John Heckman

Executive Director

As an Executive Director of Anthesis, Dr Heckman is a recognized expert using sustainability as a mechanism for improving business performance. He has helped clients to achieve many “firsts” in the field of systematic sustainability improvement and business benefit, including the largest oil and gas environmental certification at the time with Shell Exploration & Production, the first and largest complete US city environmental management system with City & County of Denver, the largest set of certifications of maritime vessels with Carnival Corporation, and one of the largest food related sustainability certification programs with the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance.

Dr Heckman has led more than one hundred sustainability projects including life cycle assessments (LCA), sustainability strategy development efforts, sustainability report development efforts, and enterprise sustainability software implementations.

Debbie Hitchen


Debbie Hitchen is a Director at Anthesis with a strong track record in project management, business development and consultancy. She is recognized for her ability to build and manage multi-stakeholder teams and her capability to deliver complex and politically sensitive projects.

Debbie has an extensive understanding of the drivers and challenges of sustainable waste management having worked for four years in a local authority, four years at a leading producer responsibility compliance organization and over a decade working with public, private and third sector organizations at London Remade and LRS.

Debbie has managed projects in manufacturing, retail, waste management and the public sector, delivering waste prevention activities, increasing reuse, improving waste collections and operations, driving behavior change and initiating product stewardship programs. She has delivered projects which focus on specific materials, such as textiles, WEEE and packaging; as well as projects which have a communications-based or behavior change methodology.  She is equally comfortable managing research, strategy, operational change management and stakeholder engagement projects. Debbie is a qualified facilitator and is well known for her stakeholder engagement capabilities and her chairing of meetings.

Chris Jones

President & Managing Director

Chris is responsible for the Anthesis business operations in North America and Asia Pacific. He enjoys translating strategic initiatives into scalable and commercially successful client solutions, boosting revenue and profit in both compliance driven and voluntary markets.

Chris has worked with world leaders to develop and implement best in class corporate sustainability, EHS and supply chain programs in many sectors, including technology, manufacturing, finance, real estate, automotive and chemicals and pharmaceuticals. He has specific expertise in managing compliance and improving performance in complex offshore supply chains.

Chris was formerly responsible for the strategic direction, competitive positioning and commercial success of WSP’s global portfolio of sustainability, climate change and energy services.

Satu Juntunen

Director for Transaction and Corporate Services

Satu is the Director for Transaction and Corporate Services in the Nordics and is Managing Director of Anthesis Finland Oy. She has over 20 years of consultancy experience in the Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) and Strategic corporate services field and has managed and coordinated more than 800 international M&A EDD projects to date.

A leader in her field in EHS compliance and assurance in the Nordics including extensive experience in site solutions (soil, groundwater and sediment contamination, remediation and site closures), EHS regulatory support, EHS management systems and work within the chemical and petrochemical industries.



Doug Lockwood

Technical Director

Doug has over 30 years of industry and consulting experience. He manages environmental programs, assisting clients in developing business strategies to efficiently comply with worldwide environmental regulations and voluntary initiatives.

Doug is a Technical Director in the Americas and Asia Pacific. In this role, he supports manufacturers with product environmental compliance, conflict minerals, sustainable chemistry and material substitution, chemical regulatory compliance, product and supply chain sustainability and performance, and managed services for supply chain data collection and analytics.

Also well versed in traditional EHS disciplines including chemical and waste management, permitting, auditing, management systems, site remediation, and facility siting, Doug’s objective is to bring holistic, business-centric solutions to clients with international operations and suppliers.

His background includes eight years as the Corporate Environmental Director of Seagate Technology LLC and Six Sigma process analysis certification.

Dee Moloney

Managing Director

Dee has been the Managing Director of LRS since 2006 and has extensive experience of delivering consultancy work to the public and private sector clients at all points within the resource efficiency loop, from product design and manufacture and procurement to collection and reprocessing.

She has an excellent project management track record in managing complex multi-partner recycling programs at an operational level and overseeing and undertaking research projects of various scales.  Dee is vastly experienced leading local authority projects, including providing recycling technical support; managing research projects for new collections; evaluating policy and developing waste and recycling strategies, and assisting with modelling for resource efficiency.

She is experienced with directing resource management strategy work, designing and facilitating stakeholder engagement and decision making sessions for waste strategies.  She supports the commercial due diligence and market assessments that LRS undertakes and is running a number of projects which will result in new infrastructure and investment in the sector.

Since 2012, Dee has focused on bringing the manufacturers, producers, brands and retailers together with local authorities and waste collectors and reprocessors to identify opportunities for joint working in order to realize higher quality recyclate outputs and close the supply chain loop.

Andrew Noone

Associate Director

Andrew is an Associate Director leading on Strategy and Communications for Anthesis Group. He has worked across many sectors supporting the embedding of  sustainability within the value chain and making it “everyday business”. Of particular focus has been his work developing evidence-based water stewardship approaches for corporate clients such as GSK, Lafarge and across public infrastructure projects. He has also been central to drafting bespoke frameworks for climate change adaptation in retail and consumer goods organisations.

Andrew started out his professional life as a technical consultant supporting the early adoption of sustainable construction practices before moving into the delivery of footprinting and strategic sustainability support. Prior to joining Anthesis, Andrew was a member of the Sustainability and Climate Change practice within PwC focusing on sustainability risk approaches.

Tobias Parker


Tobias continually works to secure Anthesis’ position as experts among key industry clients in the energy and carbon management sector. He has led the Energy area of the business since 2008 through changing social, economic, political and technological landscapes, having joined in 2003.

After studying Geological Sciences at undergraduate level, Tobias gained wide international experience in Asia across a number of sectors including working as a journalist and editor, and consulting with blue chip companies and start-ups through the online revolution. He then made a conscious decision in 2001 to enter the then-developing sustainable energy sector, where he has remained, gaining an MSc with Distinction in Environmental Sciences Policy & Planning from The University of Bath, and an Executive MBA from Imperial College along the way.

Ole Paus

Commercial Director

Ole has 40 years of management and technical experience in the consultancy sector, initially in the geoscience area. In 1999 he was set the task to build the leading Swedish environmental and sustainability consultancy, starting with 40 staff, which under the brand WSP Environmental, grew to more than 400 staff by the year 2015. Ole has extensive experience of building businesses in the areas of energy, sustainability, EIA, contaminated land, EHS and technical and environmental Due Diligence.

As commercial director Ole will focus on developing the current Swedish service offerings and on the company’s expansion in Sweden and other Nordic countries.

Fiona Place

Associate Director

Fiona has responsibility for the Anthesis risk management practice. She is an experienced international project manager who has particular expertise in supply chain risk management and corporate strategy. Her work has spanned Fortune 500 corporations across extractives, ICT, automotive and retail sectors, among others. Fiona brings a thorough understanding of risk management, ‘hotspot’ analysis and custom mapping of key socio-environmental issues to the role. She also has experience of working on behalf of NGOs on corporate social responsibility programs in Africa and Asia. Fiona holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Management Studies and MSc in Sustainability.

DeAnn Sarver

Associate Director

DeAnn has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, sustainability, and technology.  She specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management, and advises Global 500 firms on the development of their sustainability management systems and reports.  Her technical expertise includes sustainability performance and pre-assurance assessments, CDP and DJSI reporting, CSR assurance, GHG inventory development, and 3rd-party verification.

In her roles in corporate strategy and business development, DeAnn has successfully transitioned many early-stage companies through challenging growth phases. As a trusted advisor in the technology, manufacturing and utilities sectors, DeAnn especially enjoys working with companies to drive improved sustainability performance and corporate responsibility.

Craig Simmons

Chief Technical Advisor

After 15 years in industry working for technology giants such as IBM and Xerox, Craig co-founded Best Foot Forward (now Anthesis) in 1997, the first consultancy in Europe to focus on ecological footprinting and other natural capital accounting methods. He has continued to lead in this area and now provides technical leadership at Anthesis, including methodology development, and sector expertise in the areas of construction, software and world class events.

Craig has advised a number of FTSE 100 companies as well as international agencies including the United Nations Environment and Development  Programmes, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the Global Footprint Network, the World Resources Institute, the Carbon Trust, the European Environment Agency, and the European Commission Environment Directorate-General.

He co-authored Sharing Nature’s Interest, the award-winning ZEDbook and The Green Guide for Business. He has Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degrees covering behavior change, statistics and computing.

Tore Söderqvist

Research Director and Chairman of the Board

Tore Söderqvist is an Associate Professor of Economics with the Stockholm School of Economics where we also completed his Ph.D. Between 1996-2006 he was a researcher at the Beijer International Institute of Ecological Economics at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Stockholm.

As research director Tore has a particular responsibility for Enveco’s research activities and how they support the overall business. His work as a researcher and consultant includes economic valuation of the environment, socio-economic impact analysis and sustainability assessment using multi-criteria analysis.

Åsa Soutukorva Swanberg

Managing Director

Åsa Soutukorva Swanberg has an M.Sc. in Public Administration and Economics from Umeå University. Between 2000-2005 she worked as an environmental economist at the Beijer International Institute of Ecological Economics at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Åsa’s work primarily involves economic valuation of the environment and socio-economic impact analysis. She has participated in a large number of national and international projects linked to the marine environment, ecosystem services, different types of waste, chemicals, health risks, the cultural environment, economic policy instruments, etc.

Jon Taylor


Jon has extensive experience in the environmental sustainability, renewable energy and water resources fields. He has served as a strategic and policy advisor on GHG inventories, product and supply chain LCA analyses, collaborative strategies, marketing, and communications programs. Ben Tuxworth


Ben has over 20 years of experience in strategy, communications, leadership development and facilitation on environmental and sustainability issues. His goal is to help organizations transition to sustainability by designing and implementing effective strategies and powerful communications.

He previously led Salterbaxter’s sustainability consulting team, working with clients including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Toyota Motor Europe, CimateCare, Unilever and De Beers.  In addition, he was the first Director of Strategy and Director of Communications of Forum for the Future, an independent non-profit that works globally to solve complex sustainability challenges.

He is an avid speaker and writer on sustainability, including contributions to Guardian Sustainable Business, Grist and Green Futures magazines.

Josh Whitney


Josh has focused his career at the intersection of technology and sustainability. He has over 10 years of management consulting experience with high technology, financial services, CPG and energy & clean technology firms, ranging from Fortune 500 members to small start-ups. Engagements have varied broadly but have typically consisted of business planning and change management, operational and supplier risk management, management systems and corporate communications and disclosures related to environmental and sustainability issues.

Josh is passionate about startups and helping to catalyze their growth, from product management and marketing to operations strategy and securing venture investment. Josh also loves working within the corporate environment, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation for scalable impact.

Prior to joining Anthesis, Josh led a US focused Corporate Sustainability consulting practice where he had principal responsibility for managing and expanding a suite of sustainability strategy services alongside core GHG emissions management and reporting services, managing existing client relationships and developing new business.

Joan Zhang

Technical Director

Joan is responsible for leading the delivery of technical consulting services in Greater China and the wider APAC region. Joan has more than 18 years of professional experience and specializes in EHS audit, EHS management system development, EHS risk assessment, EHS education and training, and supply chain risk reduction.

Joan has worked with clients spanning a variety of manufacturing sectors, including technology, automotive, food & beverage, and engineering.  Since 2011 Joan has focused on providing EHS supply chain risk reduction assessments, auditing and management systems support to an international technology market leader. Prior to becoming a consultant, Joan spent 10 years working as a corporate EHS professional, gaining experience in EHS management system registration auditing and addressing the multitude of compliance requirements within complex manufacturing environments.
