April LaCroix, Global Head of Strategy, Anthesis

Anthesis has appointed April LaCroix as Global Head of Strategy. Based in Chicago, April brings more than 20 years of experience helping global organisations translate complex priorities — including sustainability, ESG, digital transformation, and operating model redesign — into measurable business value.

A focus on execution, performance, and value

April brings a unique dual perspective to her role at Anthesis: she has led inside multiple corporate sustainability functions and has advised companies as a consultant, combining strategy and transformation skills with deep technical fluency across sustainability disciplines. She specialises in helping companies improve bottom-line performance through sustainability and in designing the capabilities, performance systems, and executive alignment needed to execute this transition effectively.

Experience across industry and advisory

April’s career began at Interface, Inc., helping shape sustainability strategy inside one of the world’s pioneering sustainable businesses. She went on to become a Director at Accenture, where she partnered with 20+ Fortune 500 companies to deliver sustainability value and served as an advisor in the Office of the CEO.

This combination enables her to bridge strategy and execution, with a clear view of what drives performance in practice.

ā€œThe market is moving beyond corporate strategy models that aren’t able to adapt to the dynamic challenges businesses face today. Companies are looking for new ways to drive growth, resilience, and improve their performance, and April brings a rare combination of strategy, transformation, and execution experience to help them do that.ā€
