With over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and senior leader, Arjen specialises in advising boards and executive teams on the integration of climate and nature strategies into core business models. His approach consistently aligns sustainability with commercial success, ensuring that environmental impact and business growth are mutually reinforcing.
Before joining Anthesis, Arjen held senior roles at Unilever and WWF. As a first-generation B Corp advocate and impact investor, he remains a vocal proponent for “business as a force for good.” He holds a deep commitment to helping organisations navigate complexity and lead with purpose in the global sustainability transition.
