Chris is a Director and one of Anthesis’ founder members. With over 35 years of international experience, he is an expert at enabling clients to improve business performance through a sustainability focus, reducing costs and environmental impact. He is an expert in sustainability strategy and supply chain management, and leads the UK sustainable supply chain practice. He works with global clients to define and address the sustainability risks and opportunities in their businesses and supply chains, and to embed sustainability into procurement.
Chris has held senior line roles at global firms including Unilever, KPMG, BOC, Burger King, and Capgemini. He has managed factories, developed and implemented procurement and supply chain strategies, and directed large procurement projects which have delivered multi-million pound savings for clients. He has worked in most industry sectors particularly retail, food, consumer products, logistics, packaging, and chemicals.
Chris has an MEng in Chemical Engineering, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and also a member of Chartered Institute for Purchasing & Supply (CIPS).
