Operational Planning & Implementation – Planning and implementation of new or improved waste reduction, reuse, and recycling programmes, including assessing their operational, financial, and environmental impact. This includes new recycling services, reuse systems, take-back systems, circular revenue models, and food and beverage valorisation, with bespoke support from pilot stage to full-scale rollout.

Material Flow Analysis – Assess your company’s resource use from extraction, preparation, and manufacturing through to use and disposal. Supported by our in-house tools, we can facilitate stakeholder engagement and analyse data to build a picture of resource use and to track resource flows and wastage, allowing you to prioritise interventions and investment to have greater impact and improve circularity.  

Policy Analysis & Legislative Compliance – Analyse the impact of emerging policies for individual clients or sectors, quantifying impacts and providing readiness and risk assessments. Provide tailored action plans and support for proactively preparing for legislative changes. Provides insights into material use, overall waste generation, waste composition, fate of material, effectiveness of current recycling system, and staff and customer behaviours.

Solutions for Hard-to-Recycle Material – Identify solutions for hard-to-recycle material at global and local levels. This includes exploring potential for inclusion within mainstream recycling collection systems, sorting efficiency in material recovery facilities, and potential reprocessing routes as well as the feasibility of specialist take back and treatment arrangements.

Scope 3 Analytics & Improvement Plans – Assess how operational waste management (category 5), and end of life treatment of your products (category 12) impact your scope 3 emissions. Through identification of hotspots, we create a strategy for reduction, including setting KPIs, determining interventions, creating roadmaps to meet KPIs, creating data management tools and protocols, and identifying opportunities for reduction in your supply chain.
